Northeast Neighbors

Overview
Northeast Neighbors (NEN) includes all lands within the urban growth boundary north of Randy Pape Beltline between the Willamette River and North Game Farm Road. Northeast Neighbors was created in 2011 when the Cal Young Neighborhood Association was subdivided into three neighborhoods.

Amenities
The neighborhood contains a number of amenities, including the Delta Oaks Shopping Center, Gilham, Creekside and Cal Young Sports Parks, an elementary and middle school and golf course. The dominant land use is low density residential but the neighborhood also has several large tracts of land along the northern edge zoned agricultural. Significant acreage in the neighborhood remains undeveloped to the northeast.

Membership Meetings
Membership meetings are usually held the fourth Thursday of January, May and September from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Oregon Education Association located at 2815 Coburg Road.
