Commercial Food Waste Resources

The rates for commercial food waste collection are set at 20% below commercial garbage rates. The idea is that businesses will be able to reduce their trash container and then pay for food waste at the discounted rate – after this they are likely to pay a minimal cost, break even or save money.

Following are some general composting resources. For more information on home composting and urban agriculture, check out our home composting resources.
