To ensure accountability for the expenditure of voter-approved bonds to fix streets, the City of Eugene in 2008 created a 12-member citizen Street Repair Review Panel (SRRP). This group meets several times a year to look at recently completed street repair projects, learn more about plans for future repair projects, and review in depth the expenditure of bond funds to fix streets.
Each year beginning in 2009 the SRRP has issued a report summarizing its findings, recommendations and conclusions regarding bond-funded street repair projects. Links to these reports and other materials prepared for the SRRP by Public Works staff can be found on this web page.
