Parking in Downtown Eugene
The City of Eugene manages over 1,000 on street and 3,000 off-street parking spaces in downtown Eugene.

Currently, the city offers:

• Two-hour free on-street parking between 7th Avenue to 11th avenue from Lincoln Street to Willamette Street (Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm).
• First hour free during the week and all day free parking on the weekends in in the Overpark and Parcade parking garages, except during signed events.
• Downtown employees can also buy monthly permits for City of Eugene parking garages and surface lots.

Hult Center Events
Parking in the downtown parking garages is usually free on the weekends and after 6:00 PM on weekdays. However, during performances and other special events, parking charges may apply an hour and a half prior to the event.

See the calendar of current performances where special event parking will apply at the Hult Center and Parcade garages. All Hult Center events charge an event parking fee in the Hult Center Garage.

Mathew Knight Arena Event Shuttle
During events at the Mathew Knight Arena (including Men’s Basketball games) shuttle service is often provided from downtown to the arena. Parking is free after 5:00 PM at the Overpark Garage (10th and Oak) and provides a safe, dry parking area right next to the shuttle stop at 10th and Willamette.
