Internet access: computers and wifi

All locations of Eugene Public Library offer internet computers for use for one hour per person per day. Additionally, the Downtown Library offers adaptive technology computers.

Wifi is available inside and outside all locations. Outlets to charge your own devices are available within current capacity limits. 

All of these services are free with no library card needed.


To use a computer: reserve a session for the same or next day. Reserve a computer online with your library card, or by phone or in person. (no library card needed). Walk-in sessions may be available.


Print from our internet computers or print from your own device by email or upload. Prints are 10 cents per side for black and white; 50 cents per side for color.


Hours for using computers are:

Downtown Library

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 10am-6pm 

Wednesday and Thursday, 12pm-8pm

Bethel and Sheldon

Monday through Saturday, 10am-6pm

Borrow a laptop computer

  • At Bethel and Sheldon only.
  • Seven-day loan period. No renewals. Overdue fine: $10 per day.
  • Library card required (must have been a cardholder for at least 30 days).
  • Photo ID required.
