Downtown, the Library and the Park Blocks
This service provides general street and landscape maintenance of the public areas in the downtown core business district, including the park blocks, Kesey Square and other public spaces and downtown buildings, as well as the year-round flower pot and seasonal (May-October) hanging flower basket program. The downtown crew is responsible for the planting of beds along sidewalks and in the median strip along Broadway Avenue. The downtown crew also provides general cleaning and custodial maintenance of the City’s downtown parking garages, including the Broadway Place, Hult, Overpark, Parcade and Pearl Street garages.
