The City’s Health & Fitness Program is responsible for thousands of dollars in savings annually in reduced employee health care costs, lower absenteeism, and speedier return to work after on-the-job injuries. Services include health education and training, coronary risk assessment, personalized exercise programs, nutritional analysis, CPR/First Aid/AED classes and more.
