If a resident in a residential parking zone, has a car with a temporary license plate, they can use a Temporary Permit until a permanent plate is issued. Below is an example of a Temporary Permit and directions on how to use it.
Please be aware: Older versions of these permits are not valid.
This permit is used by residents waiting to be issued permanent license plates. The cost for the Zone permit must be paid in advance and this permit will be set to expire when the temporary license plate expires. When the permanent plates are issued by the state motor vehicles department, the resident must bring in the registration and a sticker permit will be issued.
