Andy Fernandez - Manager

Originally from the mid-west, Andy has worked with people with disabilities since 1998 in places like Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming and Nevada. Andy is an avid cyclist and coffee drinker. He has also been known to be an amateur chef, part-time coach, adjunct professor, novice raft guide, former soccer player, mediocre snowboarder, frustrated fisherman, tireless husband, sleepless father of three, frequent traveler and bad joke teller. Email Andy

Diane Sconce - Senior Programmer & Site Manager 

A native Oregonian, Diane has explored every nook and cranny of this great state and loves to share her experiences in planning awesome trips for the Campbell Center. Diane started with the City 30 years ago teaching preschool for many years then finding her passion connecting with the senior adult population. While managing the Campbell Center, her greatest compliment is when patrons say they “feel like family”. Outside of work you will find her playing softball and enjoying competitive sports, spoiling the grandkids and digging in the dirt. Email Diane

Tom Powers - Programmer

Coming to Campbell from a background in education and outdoor recreation, Tom Powers oversees the classes and drop-in programs at Campbell, as well as the Woodshop, Computer Lab, and shares the Lunch Program. When not at work or with his family, you’ll find Tom on a bike or skis, playing Ultimate, or in a kayak. Find water….you’ll find Tom! Email Tom

Dahlia Garza - Program Coordinator

Hails from Northern California, made Eugene her home in 2008. When not at work, it’s all about family! You’ll find her on the sidelines cheering on her daughter’s sports team or spoiling her new grandson. Dahlia helps low-income senior’s access energy assistance programs. Supports Campbell in different capacities; from putting together special events or to finding informative presentations. Her innovative and creative ideas keep Campbell rockin’! Email Dahlia

Jaime Prehm - Office Coordinator

Born and raised in Eugene, Jaime began in Rec as a summer temp employee in Aquatics during her college years. Finding her niche as the office manager at Campbell Center, she’s the brains and heart of the Campbell pulse. There’s no question about Campbell she can’t answer – try to stump her. When she escapes the desk, Jaime enjoys walking to the park with her young family or taking this avid sports family to cheer at Duck games. Email Jaime
