Cascade Mobile Health

The City of Eugene contracts with Cascade Mobile Health to provide onsite injury response for all City employees. Available 24/7, professionally trained medics respond to non-life threatening injuries at the workplace. Call 541-228-3111.


OSHA Reporting Requirements

IMPORTANT OSHA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS - Fatalities, Catastrophes, and Over-night Hospitalizations

  • On the job fatalities and catastrophes must be reported to OR-OSHA within eight hours.
  •  Any accident that results in overnight hospitalization must be reported to OR-OSHA within 24 hours of the hospitalization.
    Supervisors should notify Risk Services at 541-682-5669 or 541-682-5791 and after hours call the Police Department's non-emergency at 541-682-5111 and ask for Risk's emergency contact information.
