A. PUBLIC COMMENT

The Planning Commission reserves 10 minutes at the beginning of this meeting for public

comment. The public may comment on any matter, except for items scheduled for public

hearing or public hearing items for which the record has already closed. Generally, the

time limit for public comment is three minutes; however, the Planning commission

reserves the option to reduce the time allowed each speaker based on the number of

people requesting to speak.

B. WORK SESSION: RIVER ROAD-SANTA CLARA NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN:

COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE NOMINATION APPROVAL

Work Session where the Eugene Planning Commission will be asked to review and

approve a Community Advisory Committee nominee to fill a current vacancy that will join

the River Road and Santa Clara Community Organizations, City and County staff,

consultants and neighborhood volunteers in working together on the River Road-Santa

Clara neighborhood plan, which is currently in the Adoption Phase.

C. WORK SESSION: CLIMATE FRIENDLY & EQUITABLE COMMUNITIES: PARKING REFORM

Work Session to provide the Planning Commission with details regarding parking

and electric vehicle charging requirements included in the Climate-Friendly and

Equitable Communities (CFEC) rules recently adopted by the Land Conservation and

Development Commission (LCDC).
