[ARCHIVED] Two Students Arrested for Plans to Harm Teachers

Case No. 14-00919

Two students were arrested at Willamette High School at around 1:15 p.m. today after rumors of plans to assault two teachers were reported to a Eugene Police School Resource Team officer.

The officer received a report from a student at approximately 10:45 a.m. today about two students who were planning to harm teachers at Willamette High School. The School Resource Team investigated the rumors and were able to develop more specific information leading to the identity of the two Willamette High School students, both males at Willamette High School. The two students were taken into custody without incident on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Assault in the First Degree and Disorderly Conduct in the First Degree. They were lodged at Serbu Juvenile Justice Center. ###
