Public Works is plowing deep slush from priority routes. Very slick roads, especially in higher elevations. Reports of down trees and limbs are being responded to if they are in the right of way.
The Downtown Eugene Public Library and the Sheldon Branch library plan to be open regular hours and Hult performances will be held as scheduled today. The Bethel Branch Library and Sheldon Pool are closed.
