The design team recently presented a project update to Eugene City Council and gathered input on the project's design direction. Members of the design team will be available at drop-in community sessions in north and south Eugene to present the conceptual images and materials, and answer any questions about the project. Team members especially want to hear residents’ thoughts about how Eugene City Hall can be a welcoming and engaging place--one that connects to the heart of our local identity.
The two sessions offer different dates and locations for convenience; the same material will be covered at both:
Eugene City Hall - Open House #1 -- South Eugene
Monday, February 24 from 4:30-6:30pm
Downtown Library, Bascom-Tykeson Room, 100 W 10th Avenue
Or
Eugene City Hall - Open House #2 -- North Eugene
Tuesday, February 25 from 4:30-6:30pm
Cal Young Middle School, Cafeteria, 2555 Gilham Road
The design team will use the feedback from City Council and the public to develop a design for Eugene City Hall, and is scheduled to present a proposed design to the City Council in April 2014.
