Police responded to a four-vehicle crash on Franklin, near Walnut, around 6:45 p.m. today, after a driver went westbound in the eastbound lanes. Yuan Jiao, age 22, who was driving a BMW sport utility vehicle, was cited for Reckless Driving and Driving While Uninsured. Two people, including Jiao were taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Franklin Boulevard's eastbound lanes were impacted by closures until about 8 p.m. , when all lanes re-opened.
