[ARCHIVED] Temporary Phone Outages at City Offices in Atrium Building – April 15 from 7:30 a.m. - Noon

On Tuesday, April 15, the phone system for city offices located in the Atrium Building will be updated. During the update – from 7:30 a.m. to noon – phones will be temporarily unavailable and calls will go to a messaging system. This update will affect offices for:
• Building Permits Services,
• Community Development,
• Equity and Human Rights,
• Neighborhood Services,
• Planning and
• Public Works Engineering.

Normal service should resume for all phones by noon. We apologize for any inconvenience.
