Use of Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct

On April 18, Elliot Thomas Cumer, age 19, of Eugene, was arrested for Use of a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct. A Eugene Police investigation found that Cumer has been soliciting minors for sexual photos and videos. The case is under investigation, and names will not be released due to personal privacy and juvenile status of some victims.
