[ARCHIVED] Notice of Noise Varience Request and Opportunity to Submit Comments

Eugene’s noise standards allow unrestricted construction activities from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. American Campus Communities, the construction site’s owner, requests a noise variance to allow limited construction activity at the construction site (2055 Garden Avenue) from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. on the following eight days: 6/26, 7/11, 7/24, 8/7, 8/21, 9/5, 9/18, & 10/1, in order to construct the post tension slab concrete pours for the parking structure. Per Eugene Code Section 6.755(2) this notice is being posted near properties adjacent to the construction project to notify the public of the request. A public notice was mailed to owners and occupants within 300 feet of the site on May 28th, 2014.
