[ARCHIVED] City Releases 2014 Affordable Housing Request For Proposals

The City of Eugene is seeking proposals for affordable housing developments. Appropriate projects will request funds for the construction or preservation of housing affordable to low-income households. An estimated $1.5 million in federal HOME funds and an estimated $1.4 million in Eugene Systems Development Charge waivers are available. All potential applicants are encouraged to contact staff to discuss their project and potential uses of available resources as soon as possible. Proposals must be received by Thursday September 18th by 12:00 noon and must contain all required components to be eligible for review including the application and pro forma. This RFP is an open, competitive process to award available resources based upon satisfaction of the described criteria.
