Update Mon., March 23: due to Lane Transit District road construction, the Downtown Library's underground parking garage is temporarily closed to public use.
Some nearby traffic lanes and on-street parking spots are closed also.
The alley behind the Downtown Library, and the book return slot there, are open for use.
