At approximately 5:26 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a fire at Civic Stadium. When personnel arrived, they observed flames twice the height of the stadium. 38 emergency personnel responded to the two-alarm fire, and evacuated the two-block area around the stadium.
Emergency personnel are working to make sure that the area is safe before allowing residents to return to their homes.
