We have no information that this is a crime scene. It is a fire scene at this point. As a normal part of responding to a fire, once it is out and cool enough for investigators to go in, there is an investigation into the cause. The crime scene tape is up to preserve the fire scene until investigators can get into there (when materials are not so hot) and figure out what caused it.
