At 4:13 p.m. today there was a bomb threat call regarding an LTD bus. LTD Security, Eugene Police and UO Police Department responded and evacuated the few people on board the bus, and then some surrounding facilities for extra safety measures. Individuals at other facilities have been advised to shelter in place.
Traffic has been shut down on Franklin Blvd. in both directions from I-5 exit to Agate.
Metro Explosives Disposal Unit has been called out to respond and check the bus. Travelers are asked to avoid the area.
