[ARCHIVED] Child Taken from State Custody by Father, Who May Be Fleeing Out of State

Police believe the father has or is trying leave the state and in addition to the child, may be travelling with an adult female. He is Angelo Muniz, age 47, from Lebanon, Oregon. He is described as an Hispanic male, 5’7”, 195 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt and jeans. The adult female is described as Hispanic, 5’7”, heavy build, short black hair and brown eyes, unknown clothing.

The female child, named Perfection Angelas is approximately 1 ½ years old. She is described as light skinned with light brown hair, 2’2”, 27 pounds, last seen wearing a white shirt with a kitty on the front, pink bloomed pants, yellow socks and white shoes.

Muniz is thought be driving a 1991 Blue-grey, Mazda B2600 Pickup with license plate 205BPV.
