[ARCHIVED] Exclusion Request Case Summaries - two added

On The evening of September 1, a Downtown officer was patrolling in the area of 10th & Willamette when he observed a man on a bicycle run a red light. The subject consented to a search and the officer found that he was in possession of heroin, a needle loaded with what appeared to be a heroin solution, digital scales and a small amount of methamphetamine. The subject was lodged at the jail for Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.

He is currently on post-prison supervision for Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana for Consideration. He has previously been arrested for:
Possession of Heroin (2)
Possession of Methamphetamine (2)
Endanger Welfare of a Minor (Family) (2)
Child Neglect-1 (Family)
Possession of a Controlled Substance (5)
Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance (6)
Contempt of Court CLC (8)
Manufacturing Marijuana CLC (1)
Possessing Marijuana CLC (1)
Delivering Marijuana for Consideration CLC (1)
Consumption Unlicensed Premise/Open Container CLC (2)
and several warrant arrests stemming from these charges.
The subject is a white male, age 42, with a Eugene address.

AUGUST 30, 2012
On August 30, a little after noon a downtown officer was patrolling in the area of the West Park block when he noticed a woman in her 40s sitting with a group of teens. When she walked from the group the officer spoke with her. She was cooperative and allowed the officer to check her backpack, where the officer found capped syringes, other drug paraphernalia and a smaller, clear Ziploc baggy containing methamphetamine. She also had a single pill that was identified as “Suboxone,” which is a schedule III drug. The woman was lodged at the jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule III and cited for Possession of Less than One Ounce of Marijuana.

She has 13 previous citations for consumption unlicensed premise/open container, 10 citations for Violation Park Rules; three arrests for Unlawfully Obtaining Public Assistance, and an arrest for Disorderly conduct.

The subject is a white female, age 43, with no listed address.
