[ARCHIVED] Police Respond to Shooting on Willakenzie

August 17, around 1:50 a.m., police responded to a report of a dispute in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the 2700 block of Willakenzie and received information of gunshots. When police arrived, they contacted an involved subject, and located a gun that was left at the scene.

During the investigation police found that the involved subjects are associated and that the shooting is believed to be an isolated incident. Police were unable to locate the suspect at the time and are looking for further information from the public. If you have any further information, please call 541.682.5111.
