Old Nick’s Pub at 211 Washington was reported on Saturday, February 4, at 10:57 a.m., and is estimated to have occurred on February 4 between 2:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. The graffiti was in an area that had signs that read “hate free zone.” Case Number 17-1848

Police have heard that other businesses may have also been targeted and are hoping that any business or residence that has had similar incidents will report these to police at 541.682.5111. Also, anyone who has suspect information in these cases are asked to contact 541.682.5111.

The material itself may fall under freedom of speech, but how it is being posted and where it is posted may cause it to be a crime.
