On June 03, 2017, Eugene Police responded to a report of a missing man, identified as Theodore Alvin Kudrna, age 18.
Kudrna was last seen by his mother walking toward Skinner Butte at 1 p.m. on June 1, 2017, after she dropped him off in the area of Cheshire and Lamb Cottage. Eugene Police investigated and checked the area but were unable to locate him.
Eugene Police later received information that Kudrna was seen by friends in the late afternoon along the river bank between Lamb Cottage and the Valley River Footbridge along the bike path. These friends had reported to Kudrna’s mother, that he had been disoriented and apparently had fallen into the river. These witnesses had left him at this location along the river bank.
Kudrna can be described as a white male, age 18, 5’10” tall and weighing 200 pounds, with shoulder-length brown wavy hair, blue eyes, and last seen wearing a faded, navy blue MMA T-Shirt, long pants of unknown color, and black Nike tennis shoes. He was also in possession of a dark-colored backpack
Eugene Police is continuing to investigate and follow up on potential leads as to Kudrna’s whereabouts and is asking anyone who has seen him or has information on his location to please contact the Eugene Police non-emergency line at 541-682-5111.
