[ARCHIVED] Sex Abuse in the Third Degree

SUSPECT PICTURE

Over the weekend, police received information of an incident that happened on December 12, around 5:20 p.m. at the Valley River Mall, involving two juvenile girls who were approached by an unknown male subject, and received unwanted sexual contact from the subject. The incident happened as the victims were leaving the food court area and the subject proceeded to follow them to the Vans department store.


The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, early 20s, 5’6”-5’7”, average build, wearing a red/white and black large checker flannel button up shirt and camo green jogger style pants, and was seen leaving the mall in a tan 2001 Honda Accord, license plate 925JGSOR.
