Officers were dispatched to a reported disorderly subject at Buckley House. Officers arrived and contacted the man, identified as Michael Bradley Nixon, age 34. Nixon had a parole violation warrant for Sex Assault. He was taken into custody on the warrant.

DUII, Reckless Driving, Failure to Drive in a Single Lane, Open Container – Case 1805580
An officer observed a vehicle make a lane change with no turn signal, then fail to maintain his lane and got close to the patrol vehicle. The officer initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver, David Michael Errington, age 42, of Eugene. The officer suspected Errington was impaired and conducted an investigation. Errington was charged with failure to drive in a single lane, open container, DUII, and reckless driving.

Driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and fail to obey one way designator – Case 1805578
An officer saw headlights come eastbound on the westbound-only lane of travel on 6th Avenue. Several motorists had to move out of the way to avoid a collision with the wrong-way driver. The officer activated his lights to stop traffic and help prevent a collision. The involved vehicle came to a stop in front of the patrol vehicle and the officer contacted the driver, identifying him as Ronald Steven Woods, age 68, of Eugene. The officer suspected impairment and conducted an investigation. Wood was charged with Driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and fail to obey one way designator

DUII/Reckless Driving – Case 1805560
Police responded to the area regarding a possible DUII driver in a 2004 Cadillac Seville who crashed into the Steelhead Brewery building on East 5th Avenue, and located the involved vehicle in the parking lot on the north side of the buisness. The officer contacted the driver of the vehicle, Anthony Joseph Draeger, age 60, of Drain, and after further investigation, arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for DUII and Reckless Driving.

Possession Heroin/DUII/Reckless Driving/False Info To Police – Case 1805552
Police responded to the area regarding a possible DUII driver in a Ford Edge who crashed into a parked car, destroying the front of his vehicle and causing significant damage to the back end of the car. The officer contacted the driver, Bart Alan Lucas, age 46, of Eugene, and was provided false information regarding vehicle insurance liability. After further investigation, police found information to arrest him for Possession Heroin, Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving While Suspended, False Information to Police, DUII, Reckless Driving. He was transported to the Lane County Jail and also cited for Driving Uninsured.

Disorderly Conduct – Case 1805548
A police officer patrolling the area observed two male subjects in close proximity yelling at eachother, blocking pedestrian traffic with their escalating behavior that continued into the roadway, causing vehicular traffic to move around them. Police contacted the subjects, James Hadley Wells IV, age 39, of Eugene, and Ronald Albert Daniels, age 50, of Vida, and found that both are known to eachother. They were arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.

An off-duty police officer observed a Chevrolet Malibu traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Coburg Road before crashing into a traffic light pole on the raised median. Police responded to the scene and contacted the driver, Jennifer Ann Brooks, age 38, of Springfield, and arrested her for DUII, Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended. Public Works responded to the location to assess the damage of the light pole and Brooks was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

A police officer patrolling the area conducted a traffic stop of a green 2015 Kia Soul after observing the vehicle fail to stop at the intersection of Broadway and Lincoln Street, and subsequently drove southbound on the northbound lanes of Lincoln Street. The officer contacted the driver, Dallas Raquel Halsey, age 24, of Eugene, and after further investigation, she was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for DUII and Reckless Driving. She was also cited for Fail to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Fail to Obey One Way Designator.

A police officer was flagged down to a male subject who had broken into a Nissan Frontier that was parked outside a maintenance shop, and was kept at the location by the 44-year-old male victim until police arrived. The officer contacted the suspect, Daniel Jeremy Meyers, age 33, of Springfield, and observed items on the truck that had been misplaced or damaged. Meyers was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for Unlawful Entry of a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and three counts of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

A police officer patrolling the area observed a maroon 2002 Chevy Venture mini-van with a passenger travel east through the intersection into one-way westbound traffic. The officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and contacted the driver, Andrea Nichole Palmer, age 40, of Eugene, and after further investigation, arrested her for DUII, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering. She was transported to the Lane County Jail on the charges.

Police responded to an apartment regarding a welfare check and contacted a man who matched the description of the suspect involved in a burglary on March 30 at a residence on the 900 block of Hilyard Alley. On April 2, police received information that the suspect entered the garage through an open door and stole two firearms. Following contact with the suspect, Jacob Ryan McGlamery, age 27, of Eugene, he was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for Burglary in the First Degree and two counts of Theft in the First Degree.

Criminal Mischief 3 – Case 1805333
A police officer patrolling the area responded to information of a male subject vandalizing a dumpster with graffiti. Police located the described suspect, Gordon Douglas Barnes, age 35, of Eugene, and also observed graffiti on a nearby stairway at an apartment. Following contact with Barnes, police found information to arrest him on two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

Police responded to a residence at an apartment regarding an unknown female subject who had been banging on the apartment windows and door around 3 a.m. The described subject, Donna Lee Webb, age 57, was located and contacted by police near the front door of the apartment. She was arrested and transported to the Lane County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.

Felon In Possession Firearm/Possession Stolen Vehicle – Case 1805253
A police officer on patrol observed a stolen GMC Envoy traveling northbound on Highway 99 and followed the vehicle into an apartment complex. The officer pulled into the location and observed the driver, who was standing outside the vehicle, run westbound. The officer followed the suspect, Shane Chase Montes, age 33, of Eugene, who continued to run after being given direction to stop, and was eventually taken into custody a short distance away. Following contact with Montes, police found information to arrest him for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Felon In Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Interfering With Peace Officer and a warrant. He was transported to the Lane County Jail on the charges.
