[ARCHIVED] Damage caused to windows at businesses in West Eugene

On May 28 around 5 a.m., police received information of a silver or gray sedan that drove by Eugene Carbide Saw on the 4200 block of West 6th Avenue, shot and damaged several of the windows at the business with a pellet gun.

Last week, police received information of similar incidents involving two other nearby businesses on Commercial Way at Oregon Paddle Sports and Mason’s Supply Co, and a warehouse on Bertelsen Road. In each incident, the windows were damaged by a small projectile during the hours overnight that the businesses were closed.
