[ARCHIVED] Library Advisory Board Openings

Library lovers! We're happy to hear your feedback and suggestions anytime -- but if you'd like to get more involved, now's the time to apply to serve on our Advisory Board.

The Eugene Public Library Advisory Board is currently seeking applications for three openings: one youth (25 or younger), one Bethel Branch user, and one at-large member. Applications are welcome through March 10.

The Library Board (Department Advisory Committee) serves to provide citizen input and to advise the Library, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department and Library management on policy, budget, services, and development. The board members build community support for the Library’s services. Members attend one meeting every other month. Each member serves a three year term, except for the youth position, which is a one-year term.
