On July 9, 2019,
at around 1:37 p.m., three females got on the LTD EMX going from Springfield
Station to the Gateway area. Detectives are interested in interviewing them on
a case involving the man in the hat pictured in one of the attached
photographs. The females are not suspects and detectives are only seeking to
speak with them about the man’s conduct while on the bus.
