City of Eugene services and facilities set their own schedules for holiday hours. All City of Eugene administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.
All locations of the Eugene Public Library, community centers, pools, and the Hult Center Ticket Office will be closed December 25 and January 1. Hult Center ticket purchases, many Library services, and registration for Recreation programs are available online 24/7.
Police, fire, medical and other emergency services will be provided as usual on December 25 and January 1. The main police station on Country Club Road is open 365 days a year. Although the Downtown Public Safety Station will be closed on December 25 and January 1, the Downtown Patrol Team will be on duty in the area.
No work will be done on City street repair projects. Around-the-clock health and safety services, such as regional wastewater treatment, will continue without interruption.
City-managed parking garages, surface lots and on-street meters will be free on December 25 and January 1, except for the train depot surface lot. On-street parking limits in the Arena District surrounding Matt Knight Arena are in effect at all times as per posted signs.

All City offices and facilities will return to regular hours on Thursday, Dec. 26, and Thursday, Jan. 2, unless otherwise noted. The next holiday observed by the City of Eugene is Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 20, 2020.
