Police are seeking the public’s help locating a vehicle possibly involved in a kidnapping that occurred at a Target parking lot, 4575 W. 11th Avenue.
Today, January 6, at 12:46 p.m., police received a report about a female who was possibly abducted from the Target parking lot at 4575 W. 11th Avenue. She was observed by a Target staff member leaving the store and getting in her vehicle, listed as a tan Nissan Maxima with Kansas license plate 908MJK. A male approached her vehicle, smashed her window and got into the driver’s seat. He drove off with the victim in the front passenger seat. Two other vehicles appeared to be boxing her vehicle in during this incident. Eugene Police is seeking information regarding the identity of the female victim, the suspect and their vehicles, plus another woman who had appeared to have been with the victim.
INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS
The victim is described a black female in her mid-20s, 5’4” tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and last seen wearing a black jacket, black crop top, and grey sweat and grey shoes.
The suspect who took the victim is described as an Hispanic male, unknown age and last seen wearing a black beanie with some red, a grey zip-up hoodie, and dark blue or black jeans.
The possible friend she was with is described as a white female, with a thin build and last seen wearing a red jacket and blue jeans. She had a red beanie cap and was carrying a red Target bag.

Suspect Involved Vehicle 2 – a black Audi sedan, Oregon plate 285HJE
Suspect Involved Vehicle 3 -– Tan SUV ( possibly a GMC Tahoe or older Ford Explorer), driven by a white male with a dark jacket and baseball cap.
(Possible) Suspect Involved Vehicle 4 – a tan or gold Ford Focus four-door.
All Oregon agencies have been notified of the incident.
If anybody knows the identity of any of the involved or vehicles, they are asked to call 911 immediately. Do not approach the vehicles or involved subjects.
