Explore the importance of video messaging as part of your online presence, ways you can use video to build customer relationships, and tips and tricks for producing your own videos. Chris Elliott started her career at one of the area’s largest advertising agencies creating and producing ads for print, radio, TV, direct mail, transit, and outdoor. Next, she spent over 16 years in senior-level positions at the area’s two largest television stations. In 2015 she started Elliott Image Media Production where she produces multimedia projects for businesses large and small.

BOOK GROUP FOR ADULTS: “The Princess Bride”

"This is my favorite book in all the world, though I have never read it.” That’s the first line of “The Princess Bride” by William Goldman. Let’s read it, then get together for a lively conversation. The hugely popular 1987 film adaption is better known than the novel, but there’s a lot to be found on the page that didn’t make it to the big screen. Share in the fun of this classic work of literary satire, adventure, swordplay, and true love.

This summer, the Friends of Eugene Public Library will hold drive up “Surprise Me!” used book sales. Come pick up a bag of ten books for adults for $10, or a bag of fifteen children’s books for $10.
