[ARCHIVED] Eugene Municipal Court Reopens for Limited Hours

Eugene Municipal Court

As Lane County transitions into the High Risk category of Oregon’s Risk and Protection Framework, Eugene’s Municipal Court will open for limited hours, for limited types of appearances starting Friday, February 26.

The Municipal Court continues to hear all in-custody matters and out-of-custody appearances by appointment only.

The court is available by phone. Anyone who needs to update their mailing address to ensure they receive notice of a future hearing date should call 541-682-5400. The Municipal Court website has several alternatives to appearing in person for traffic and parking citations.

The court has installed a drop box outside the main doors for payments or other court related correspondence.

Court doors open at 8 a.m. every weekday.

Individuals with pending criminal charges are encouraged to call their attorneys for further information on alternatives to in person appearances and clearing outstanding warrants.
