[ARCHIVED] Memorial Wreath To Honor Officer Chris Kilcullen

Each year during National Police Week, EPD purchases a memorial wreath to honor Officer Chris Kilcullen, at the National Law Enforcement Memorial and Museum in Washington, D.C.  We received a picture this morning from the Museum of Officer Kilcullen’s wreath along with a photo of his name on the memorial wall. The wreath will be on display from May 9-15, 2021.
