[ARCHIVED] Attempting To Locate Suspect Involved In Unauthorized Use of Vehicle Case

On July 12, at approximately 2:23 p.m., police responded to the area of West 11th Avenue and Willamette Street regarding an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle incident involving a DoorDash employee. The suspect unlawfully entered the female victim’s vehicle while she was picking up an order inside the Pita Pit restaurant, and subsequently crashed the vehicle into another vehicle parked outside the restaurant. The victim confronted the suspect, who fled the location to LTD Transportation Center and left the area on a bus.   

 

The man is described as a white male, possibly Hispanic, in his mid-20s to mid-30s, approximately 5’10” tall, thin build and possibly bald or with very short hair. He is described as having a tattoo on his left hand, just above the thumb area of a skull with a red colored eye. He is also described as having two black eyes at the time of the photo.
