After further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and lodged at Lane County Jail on DUII, Elude by Vehicle, Elude on Foot, Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended Misdemeanor, Hit and Run, and he was cited for Driving Uninsured / Fail to Drive in Single Lane.
