[ARCHIVED] Virtual State of the City event, including Mayor’s Address, to be held on Wednesday, January 5

The 2022 State of the City will take place virtually at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5. Mayor Lucy Vinis will deliver her State of the City speech reflecting on 2021 and looking forward to the coming year. Entertainment will include performances by Michael Moloi.


Mayor Vinis will present awards recognizing local organizations for the work they have done in our community, and will announce the winner of the 2021 Bold Steps Award. This year’s finalists are Summit Bank, PakTech, and Arcimoto. See a video about the finalists.


The event is free and will include closed captioning. Information to watch via Zoom will be available on our Public Webcasts page, and the event will be streamed live via YouTube.
