Let’s hear it for Crescent Village for pushing Love Food Not Waste (LFNW) commercial compost program over the 100 business mark! Crescent Village businesses include Izumi Sushi & Grill, b2 Wine Bar, Hard Core Yoga, Mezza Luna Pizzeria, Bello Day Spa & Salon, Pho Asian Bistro, and Ratatouille Bistro. We now have well over 100 businesses participating in the program, and have diverted over 1,300 TONS of commercial food waste from the landfill!
