The City of Eugene has secured funding from the Oregon Department of Transportation to design and build an all ages and abilities bike facility on Lincoln Street between 13th Avenue and 5th Avenue in 2025. A major goal of the Lincoln Street Bikeway Project is to create a safe and comfortable way for people on bikes to travel north and south on Lincoln Street between 13th Avenue and 5th Avenue.

Join the City of Eugene Transportation Planning Team at one of the upcoming Learn & Share Public Meetings and take the online survey.

The City's long-range Transportation System Plan identifies Lincoln Street as an important bicycle connection, linking two highly used corridors on 13th Avenue and 5th Avenue, in addition to increasing access to the downtown area.

The City of Eugene is committed to a vision of zero traffic deaths and life altering injuries, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and providing more transportation options to all community members. The addition of an all ages and abilities bike facility on Lincoln Street moves the city one step closer toward achieving that vision.
