Donate Books Now for the Giant Sale

Photo of books with request to donate to library sale

Now's the time to declutter and donate your gently-used books and DVDs to the Friends of Eugene Public Library for their giant annual Book Sale! This annual volunteer-run festival offers a bazillion items for all ages and interests at amazingly low prices. And all proceeds go to support your library.

Find drop-off bins:
  • in the Downtown Library parking garage
  • inside the Rite-Aid next to Sheldon Branch
  • inside Petersen Barn Community Center near Bethel Branch
Or if you have too many items to handle yourself, contact the Friends for possible pickup: or 541-484-1452. More information about donating items.

Save the dates: the book sale will be Sat., April 13 and Sun., April 14 at Lane Events Center. If you'd like to help that weekend, sign up to be contacted about volunteering at the book sale.
