[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Help in Public Indecency Case

Police Seek Help in Public Indecency Case
Case No. 13-10912

On Saturday, July 6, a Eugene Police Officer arrested a 23-year-old white male on charges of Private Indecency and six counts of Public Indecency. These involved five victims, who were unacquainted with the suspect.

Police are continuing to investigate the case and are concerned there may be additional victims.

The male is white, 5’6” tall, 180 pounds, and usually wears a hooded sweatshirt. His method in the cases already investigated is to call the victim’s attention and expose his genitals for gratification as they look his way. Reports have been made beginning in November 2012 through June 2013. Locations have mainly been in the downtown area during various times of day and night.

His victims have been female, ranging in age from 21 to 90 years.

Anyone with information about additional cases is asked to call Officer Roy Wright at 541.510.7825. ###
