The report was taped along with the visuals and is available for viewing now at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahe7R2Mj328

Eugene Police Chief Pete Kerns has provided an annual report on the department and local crime. Topics included crime statistics and trends and EPD performance, initiatives, progress and accountability. The Annual Report is compiled each year as a public update regarding how Eugene Police Department and its personnel have protected, served and cared for the community.

The report was taped along with the visuals and is available for viewing.

A web version of the annual report is posted at http://epd.site44.com/

The online report’s creation takes into consideration cost and environmental savings by virtue of being paperless. While the report is online to save printing costs, citizens who don’t have Internet may access the report at the Eugene Library’s public computer, or request a copy to be picked up at the Police Front Counter, 300 Country Club Road, Eugene, OR.

For more information or to request a copy of the Annual Report, please contact Melinda McLaughlin, 541.682.5124. ###
