An application is deemed complete upon submission if it contains all the information required by Parks and Open Space Rules. If City staff notifies the applicant of missing application materials, an application is deemed complete upon the applicant’s submission of the missing application materials. Regardless of whether an applicant has submitted the missing application materials, the application will be deemed complete thirty (30) days prior to a special event or ten (10) days prior to a standard event.
