Can I store my unlicensed vehicle in my driveway or yard?
All vehicles parked on private property and visible from the street must exhibit a current license plate and registration tag. If parked for more than 48 hours at a time, the vehicle must be stored at least 10 feet from the property line. If moved every 48 hours, the vehicle may be parked on a maximum 27 foot wide driveway within the first 10 feet of a private property. See Eugene Code 9.6745(7)(a) for more information.
