1. What type of Airport Identification Media do I need?

• SIDA- Allows access within the Security Identification Display Area of the passenger terminal and ramp, and other approved areas. Use the SIDA / Sterile application form to request this badge.
• Sterile- Allows access within the sterile area of the passenger terminal only. Use the SIDA / Sterile application form to request this badge.
• Cargo SIDA- Allows access within the Security Identification Display Area of the Air Cargo building and ramp. Use the SIDA / Sterile application form to request this badge.
• Contractor- Allows access within the Airport Operations Area (excluding SIDA and Sterile areas). Use the Contractor / Vendor application form to request this badge.
• Hangar- Allows access within the North, South and East General Aviation hangars. Use the Hangar application form to request this badge.

2. What if I need to renew my Access Identification?

Airport Identification must be renewed bi-annually to allow uninterrupted access. For those who have a need to operate a vehicle within the AOA as part of their official duties, a bi-annual driver training class is also required.


You may renew your ID up to 30 days prior to your expiration date. For renewal please download the appropriate renewal form and call 541-682-5430 to schedule a 15-minute appointment.
