The Neighborhood Plan envisions a thriving, vibrant neighborhood center along River Road with a variety of housing options and shopping areas serviced by a transportation system that is safe, accessible, affordable, and environmentally responsible. Maintaining the character of the neighborhoods while addressing the housing needs of the community is a priority of the plan. The River Road Corridor Study Draft Preferred Zoning Concept envisions neighborhood centers with different housing types as well as transition standards and protections for the Willamette Greenway.
